The Flathead Pride Festival is a collaborative initiative led by members of Glacier Queer Alliance, Love Lives Here, and FLY, dedicated to creating safe, inclusive, and joyful celebrations of queer life in the Flathead Valley. This logo was developed for their 2022 festival, held June 9–12, and served as the central visual identity for that year’s event, capturing the spirit of pride, unity, and community.

The logo design centers around a bighorn sheep, an iconic symbol of the Flathead Valley and commonly found in the surrounding mountains and on Wild Horse Island. Additionally, the line work offers an abstract reinterpretation of traditional tribal patterns, paying subtle homage to regional cultural influences while giving the logo a bold, contemporary aesthetic. This imagery grounds the visual identity in a strong sense of regional identity. Finally, the color palette draws directly from the Pride flag, celebrating LGBTQ+ identity and community.
